The highest diversity of biofilm forming microorganisms, a total of 24 taxa, was detected on the corroded metal surface, while significantly lower number of taxa was recorded on other examined substrata. Cyanobacterium Porphy­ rosiphon sp., diatom Achnanthes sp. and green algae Chlorella sp. and Chlorococcum minu­ tum were the most frequently encountered photosynthetic components of biofilms. 摘要

研究了Jevremovac植物园温室10种不同基质上形成陆生生物膜的蓝藻、藻类和真菌的多样性。在37个记录的分类群中,鉴定出16个蓝藻分类群和10个藻类分类群。剩下的11个分类群属于真菌界。成膜微生物在腐蚀金属表面的多样性最高,共检测到24个类群,而在其他被测基质上的生物类群数量明显低于腐蚀金属表面。蓝细菌、硅藻、绿藻小球藻和绿球藻是生物膜中最常见的光合成分。在所有分析的样品中,最常见的真菌是木霉,其次是枝孢霉和匍匐茎霉。
