摘要

在现代工业中,为了减少库存压力,各种零件开始使用统一种类的备件进行维修。然而,高度集成的设备难以使用传统的RCM模型,研究人员开始基于状态监测方法进行转向。深化设备故障预测。本文主要讨论了基于维纳过程的数据驱动分析方法对同类型故障规律进行预测。联合模型创新性地采用了(s-1, s)策略,兼顾了行业特点和多周期再补给。最后,通过对比分析联合优化中的(s-1, s)策略,得出最优策略组合。
