Se extiende el análisis a la cosmovisión y la cosmología actual. pretende Abstract: is article analyses Galileo’s most important astronomical observations, placing the emphasis on the phases of Venus, among the most conclusive evidence against the Ptolemaic model, with the purpose of bringing into the classroom the controversy about the cosmological models (geocentrism-heliocentrism), contextualized in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. is study recommends an active methodology that involves students in the creation of mockups to analyse and visualize the phases of Venus in order to contrast this evidence with the three competitor models of the time: Ptolemaic, Copernican and Tychonic. e analysis also includes the Newtonian worldview, Physics and the present cosmology.
