Results: The study confirmed the presence of RNA of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in 5 selected samples from protective masks of patients with COVID-19 (8.9%) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus was not detected in samples taken from medical masks. Separate studies of wastewater from the infectious disease hospital of Ostroh General Hospital and from the city sewer network for the presence of coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 were conducted. SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus was not detected in the selected samples by PCR. 摘要

目的:通过检测COVID-19患者医疗废物中是否存在冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2,确定其感染危险性。材料和方法:我们收到的法律法规、外文版本、实验室研究结果作为开展研究的材料。在研究中使用了以下方法:描述性,书目性,分析性,流行病学,实验室诊断,统计学。结果:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法,在5份COVID-19患者防护口罩样本中(8.9%)检测到冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2 RNA。从医用口罩采集的样本中未检测到SARS-CoV-2冠状病毒。对来自Ostroh总医院传染病医院和城市下水道网络的废水进行了冠状病毒SARS-Cov-2的单独研究。所选样品PCR未检出SARS-CoV-2冠状病毒。结论:本研究结果证实了医疗废物具有传染潜力,但大多是错误处理。
