摘要

回波去除是提高太赫兹时域光谱分辨率的重要途径。为了研究非线性吸收样本情况下的回波去除方法,基于反卷积算法考虑了吸收效应和群延迟效应。传统算法中需要的4个参数中有2个被抛弃,剩下的2个参数与样品的确切材料和厚度无关,提高了太赫兹频谱恢复的精度。结果表明,该算法能有效地消除GaAs天线和ZnTe检测晶体产生的回波。时间窗宽度增加了一倍,使光谱分辨率提高到20 GHz。
