As a result of the research, it was found that the increase in social media addiction has a positive effect on work-to-family conflict (WtoF) and family-to-work conflict (FtoW), and decisional procrastination. We concluded that WtoF and FtoW mediate the impact of social media addiction on decisional procrastination. 摘要
