The article presents the theoretical models of the process of noise generation of planing, slotting and planing-milling machines. The regularities of the vibration velocities of the cutting tool and the workpiece are derived. 摘要

刨床是应用最广泛、噪声最大的金属加工设备,本文对刨床的声学特性进行了分析。提出了刨床、铣床、铣床噪声产生过程的理论模型。得到了安装在机台上的脆性材料(铸铁坯料)的声压级和声功率的变化规律。推导了刀具和工件振动速度的规律。利用所建立的机床设备振动和噪声计算方法,得到了刨刀悬臂固定形式的二阶微分方程组。
