摘要

对AZ80镁合金进行了320℃和200℃等径角挤压加工。在320℃时,前两道次晶粒尺寸减小,后两道次晶粒尺寸增大。在200℃时,前两道次的位错和孪晶密度均有所增加,硬度显著提高。经过4道Bc路线后,大部分地区晶粒细化至200nm,但由于晶粒细化强化和织体软化的相互作用,硬度略有提高。
