Facebook was chosen over other social media due to its widespread use, significant influence on peoples’ lives, and increased research attention. A total of 22 articles met the inclusion criteria and were selected for this paper. Facebook use was associated with four mental health domains: Facebook addictionintrusion, depression, anxiety, and other mental health outcomes.
