摘要

目标检测经常受到目标变形和边缘不连续性的影响。提出了一种新的基于边缘能量图像的目标检测方法。边缘能量图像在一定程度上给出了目标边缘存在的可能性,易于计算,具有较好的鲁棒性。从图像中提取边缘像素,生成模型图像和测试图像的边缘能量图像。基于多分辨率滑动窗口,选择与模型边缘能量图像最相似的测试边缘能量图像区域作为检测结果。利用边缘能量图像快速定位目标轮廓。测试结果表明,该算法具有较快的检测速度和较好的检测率。
