摘要

自动对焦是自动显微镜的关键技术。显微镜的速度和精度取决于自动聚焦方法。自动对焦技术有被动对焦和主动对焦两种类型。无源型基于数字图像,有源型基于光学离焦误差检测。通过比较两种类型的原理和发展,可以得出基于离焦误差检测的主动型更快、更准确,更适合于自动显微。
