摘要

利用光学分析软件ASAP,模拟了Ce3+掺杂YAG荧光陶瓷的光致发光特性。结果表明:在Ce3+掺杂浓度一定的情况下,随着荧光陶瓷厚度的增加,Ce3+掺杂YAG荧光陶瓷封装的白光LED光通量先增大后减小,相关色温逐渐减小后保持在一个较低的值;颜色坐标不断增加到CIE中的黄色区域。存在一个最佳的荧光陶瓷厚度,使其发光效率达到最大。同时,荧光陶瓷的最佳厚度随Ce3+掺杂密度的增加而减小。随着荧光陶瓷与LED芯片封装距离的增加,白光LED的光通量、色坐标和效率逐渐增加,而相关色温逐渐降低,LED的发光趋势变暖。
