摘要

为了分析浆料粒径对材料去除率的影响,实验中选择了不同平均粒径和不同配比的浆料粒径对K9玻璃进行抛光处理。抛光过程后,对材料去除率和粗糙度的定量研究结果表明,在相同的实验条件下,浆液颗粒的平均尺寸越小,工件的粗糙度越小。在不同料浆颗粒配比的试验中,料浆颗粒的均匀性是影响表面粗糙度的重要因素。在粒径分布峰值附近存在相似百分比的情况下,粒径范围越小,抛光后的表面粗糙度越小。
