摘要

提出了射线追踪区域外包络网格识别方法。对于刚体在空间中的旋转运动,反射镜单元的安装误差被认为是等效的。基于光线追踪法,推导了引入安装误差的聚光镜模型。同时,建立了综合考虑表面误差、跟踪误差等因素的通量分布数学模型。在验证数学模型正确性的基础上编写了Matlab计算程序。以25kw集中器为研究对象,分析了结构特点、安装误差等因素对其流量分布的影响。结果表明:反射镜单元安装误差对能量流分布和密度峰的影响显著,结构特性和尺寸的影响较弱;可适当加大通风间隙,以提高抗风能力。计算结果为太阳能集热器的组合和吸热器的优化设计提供了参考。
