摘要

多自由度动态目标振动测量问题得到了广泛的研究。建立了基于双面积阵列ccd的动态目标振动测量系统。两个摄像机用于捕获目标的振动图像。通过图像处理,提取目标像素的位置信息。根据目标像素在整个过程中的位置变化,计算三维位移变化。实验结果表明,测量精度约为0.1mm。测量系统具有结构紧凑、精度高、适用性强等特点。
