经济全球化带来了一个新的服务时代——“全球服务时代”。在日益激烈的市场竞争中,如何使顾客成为产品的忠实消费者是企业生存发展的重要因素。服务营销作为企业在营销过程中为了充分满足消费者需求而在仔细分析消费者需求的前提下所采取的一系列营销活动,已成为企业开展创新营销的主导方向。在开展服务营销时,应深刻认识到服务营销的重要性,充分运用人员管理战略、顾客满意战略和服务创新战略,促进服务营销充分发挥其有效性。
