摘要本研究旨在探讨青少年篮球运动员敏捷性、冲刺能力与垂直跳的关系。50名(n=50)青少年篮球运动员(mean±SD: age = 12.63±0.95;身高= 160.84±6.31 cm;体重= 50.82±6.88 kg)参加研究。采用敏捷性t检验和505检验判断敏捷性,采用10米和20米冲刺判断冲刺能力,采用逆向跳跃(CMJ)判断跳跃成绩。Pearson积矩相关分析结果表明,敏捷性测试与sprint绩效之间存在较大到非常大的相关性(r = 0.61 ~ 0.85);敏捷性和跳跃性能(r = - 0.64至- 0.67);短跑和跳跃表现(r = -0.59 ~ -0.77)。研究结果表明,敏捷性、冲刺性和跳跃性具有共同的身体需求,因此有必要在训练中进行开发。
