Group 1 showed an elevated concentration of histone (from 1.4 to 2.1 ng per 1 ml), and Group 2 was normal (0.3-0.4 ng per 1 ml). Depending on the diagnosis, the concentration of citrules in patients with breast cancer was 0.3-0.9 ng per 1 ml, in those with ovarian cancer 1.3-2.1 ng per 1 ml, and in those with uterine cancer 2.2-3.0 ng per 1 ml. The parameters of C-reactive protein and D-dimer concentration were also increased at higher values of histone concentration. Increased content of neutrophils, and platelets.
