摘要

本研究的目的是确定主观规范在关系捐赠机会和亲和性人格对捐赠意愿的中介作用。本研究采用定量方法,采用李克特量表对东爪哇省400名BPJAMSOSTEK参与者进行调查。数据分析采用扫描电镜,使用WarpPLS 6.0软件。本研究结果表明,主观规范可以在机会捐赠和按照意愿捐赠之间建立联系。这可以增加BPJAMSOSTEK参与者的捐赠意愿。参与者拥有的捐赠意愿的增加将增加捐赠的参与者。
