摘要

本研究旨在建立差异化策略和组织公民行为在北干巴鲁私立高中变革型领导对绩效影响中的中介作用的概念模型。样本是北干巴鲁私立高中的140名校长和副校长。所得数据采用结构方程建模偏最小二乘法(SEM PLS)进行处理。本研究发现:变革型领导对北干巴鲁私立高中的绩效有正向影响，差异化战略和组织公民行为在变革型领导对北干巴鲁私立高中绩效的影响中起中介作用。影响民办高中绩效的最有效路径是组织公民行为对变革型领导对民办高中绩效影响的中介路径。
