The Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is a widely used multi-criteria decision-making method to analyze the structure of a complex system. It is useful in analysing the cause and effect relationships between the components of the system. Fuzzy sets can be used to include uncertainty in multi-criteria decision making. Linguistic assessments of decision makers can be translated into fuzzy numbers. In this study, fuzzy numbers, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and neutrosophic fuzzy numbers were used for the decision makers evaluations in the DEMATEL method. The aim of this study was to evaluate how different types of fuzzy numbers affect the final results. An application of risk in construction projects was selected from the literature, where seven experts used a linguistic scale to evaluate different criteria. 摘要

目前多准则决策由于不确定性、模糊性、资源、知识和时间的有限性,使得决策过程非常复杂。决策试验与评估实验室(DEMATEL)方法是一种广泛应用于复杂系统结构分析的多准则决策方法。它有助于分析系统各组成部分之间的因果关系。模糊集可以在多准则决策中包含不确定性。决策者的语言评估可以转化为模糊数字。本研究在DEMATEL方法中采用模糊数、直觉模糊数和中性模糊数对决策者进行评价。本研究的目的是评估不同类型的模糊数对最终结果的影响。从文献中选择了风险在建设项目中的应用,其中7位专家使用语言量表来评估不同的标准。结果表明,对于模糊数的类型,各准则的权重之间只有轻微的差异。
