The development of crowdsourcing models has further fueled the possibility to include customers in the open innovation process, in order to better design and develop services suited to their own needs. With this in mind, the goal of this paper is to propose a crowd-based open innovation business model for improvement of innovation capacities of Serbian telco operators. The proposed model is used as the basis of evaluating the readiness of internal and external stakeholders for participation in open innovation projects. The study is based on the adjusted value-based adoption model, while the analysis is performed using the PLS-SEM method. The results show that participants identify trust as the most influential factor for the perceived value of crowd-based open innovation, while the internal stakeholders of telco companies find expected income and reputation as the most relevant. 摘要

本文研究了塞尔维亚电信运营商和其他利益相关者实施基于人群的开放式创新商业模式的准备情况。电讯公司在市场需求和寻找新机会以创新产品和服务吸引用户方面面临挑战。这些创新往往以基于物联网、云计算、软件定义网络和区块链等新兴技术的智慧城市服务为导向。由于研发的复杂性、速度和成本,电信运营商已经认识到需要从传统转向开放式创新概念。众包模式的发展进一步推动了将客户纳入开放式创新过程的可能性,以便更好地设计和开发适合他们自己需求的服务。考虑到这一点,本文的目标是提出一种基于人群的开放式创新商业模式,以提高塞尔维亚电信运营商的创新能力。所提出的模型被用作评估内部和外部利益相关者参与开放式创新项目的准备程度的基础。本研究采用基于调整值的采用模型,分析采用PLS-SEM方法。结果表明,参与者认为信任是影响众筹开放式创新感知价值的最重要因素,而电信公司内部利益相关者认为预期收入和声誉是最相关的因素。这两个群体都对智能交通和生态相关服务等与智能城市服务相关的创新表现出高度兴趣。
