NCL and NPM1 levels by histopathologic type were significantly higher in adenocarcinoma than in squamous cell carcinoma (p < 0.05 for each). In view of the treatment responses to chemotherapeutic agents, there was a statistically insignificant difference between the values before and after chemotherapy (p > 0.05 for each). Conclusion: High serum NCL and NPM1 levels were found to correlate with poor prognosis, poor treatment response and low survival rate. 摘要

目的:肺癌是全世界癌症死亡的主要原因。本研究探讨血清核仁蛋白(NCL)和核磷蛋白(NPM1)水平作为肺癌诊断、预后和治疗反应评价的标志物。材料与方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测对照组及确诊肺癌患者化疗前及化疗3 ~ 4个疗程后血清NCL、NPM1水平。结果:患者血清NCL和NPM1水平均高于对照组(NCL组p = 0.085, NPM1组p = 0.000)。腺癌组织病理类型NCL和NPM1水平显著高于鳞状细胞癌(p < 0.05)。从化疗药物的治疗反应来看,化疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(p < 0.05)。结论:血清NCL、NPM1水平高与预后差、治疗反应差、生存率低相关。结论:血清NCL和NPM1水平可作为肺癌的诊断和预后指标。
