The Panendoscopic examination and upper gastrointestinal series showed an ulcerative gastric cancer over antrum. Histological examination of biopsied specimen showed a poorly- differentiated adenocarcinoma. Abdominal sonography and computed tomography disclosed a huge asymptomatic mass over the upper portion of left kidney with histological diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. The patient received subtotal gastric resection, lymph nodes dissection and left nephrectomy. The post operation course was smooth. Coexistence of gastric adenocarcinoma and renal cell carcinoma: Report of a case
