摘要

通过求解Lang和Kobayashi (LK)方程,研究了自混合干涉传感系统的瞬态特性。具体来说,讨论了反馈电平因子和线宽增强因子两个重要系统参数对瞬态的影响,表明瞬态的衰减时间和振荡周期分别随着反馈电平因子的增大而增大和减小,随着线宽增强因子的增大而增大。所得结果对设计稳定的SMI系统有一定的参考价值。
