摘要

目的:从肌肉损伤和免疫功能两方面探讨女性柔道运动员短暂柔道训练引起的过伸症状。我们结合以往关于光疗和运动的研究结果,探讨了光疗在短暂训练中恢复过伸的可能性。方法:以9名成年女柔道运动员为研究对象。受试者进行2小时30分钟的柔道临时训练。调查项目为体成分、血液生化、中性粒细胞功能、抗氧化功能。我们在训练前后分别测量了这些项目。结果与讨论:我们受试者进行的短暂性训练导致肌肉损伤,应激和炎症反应增加,部分免疫功能降低,活性氧产生增加。以往有关光疗和运动的研究表明,光疗可能对训练后过度伸展相关症状的恢复有效。
