专家系统是一种计算机系统,它帮助计算机根据一个先决的知识库做出决策。为了获得竞争优势,市场营销起着重要的作用。需要监视环境变化,并在组织中进行必要的更改。需要一个有效的知识管理系统来获取、存储和检索需要的知识(Moradi et al., 2013)。当这些系统从多个来源而不是单一来源获取知识时,这样的系统就是基于知识的系统(Luconi et al., 1986)。
Use of Expert Systems to identify the right strategy to be used in organizations
