初中教师的专业素养取决于教师的课程策划能力和学生的学习评价能力。初中英语教师在评价学生的写作学习成果时,必须有扎实的写作评价基础。选取该区87名初中教师和市38名初中教师,通过填写有关其基本写作评估知识的问卷,参与了本定量描述性研究。只有16.09%的地区教师和26.32%的市立教师得分在60分以上。这些教师在计划、实施和评估写作方面仍然有很大的困难,即使他们都是有资格的,并且经常报告重要的专业活动。所有利益相关者,特别是学校和教育部。
