The capacity to plan lessons and assess students’ learning defines junior high school teachers’ professionalism. Because it significantly affects how they evaluate students’ writing learning outcomes, junior high school English teacher must have a solid foundation in assessing writing. 87 Junior high school teachers from the district and 38 junior high school teachers from the municipality were asked to participate in this quantitatively descriptive study by completing questionnaires regarding their fundamental writing assessment knowledge. Only 16.09% of district teachers and 26.32% of municipal teachers received scores above 60 as a result. These teachers still have significant difficulties planning, implementing, and evaluating writing even though they are all credentialed and routinely report significant professional activities. All stakeholders, particularly schools and the ministry of education.

This long waiting times was taking him off the road for long hours and negatively impacting his income. Also, getting treated at a private hospital was not an option due to exorbitant treatment costs. However, Ramesh felt blessed after the opening of a Mohalla Clinic (MC) close to his house in the Dilshad Garden suburb. MCs were the primary healthcare service setups started in the Mohallas,1 the innermost densely inhibited, yet unserved urban neighbourhoods of NCT of Delhi. Established under the Mohalla Clinic Scheme, 2015, by the State’s government, there were 300 such clinics offering free of cost diagnosis, consultation, medicines and pathological testing services to lowincome patients without a formal health insurance coverage. The healthcare operations of MCs had been backed by many innovations such as fee-for-service payment model for healthcare staff, portability of clinic’s infrastructure and adoption of innovative medical technologies for minimizing the patient turnaround time. These clinics had successfully reduced the out-of-pocket medical expenditures for the targeted households besides reducing the workload of secondary and tertiary service centers in the national Delhi. MC had earned recognition from global public healthcare experts as a scalable and sustainable healthcare model by achieving its goal of providing universal health coverage (UHC). Many other Indian states have expressed their interest in replicating the MC model of state-provided healthcare service delivery. Service package framework from analysing the service attributes of MC is presented in Figure 1. MC model had proved to be an effective healthcare reform towards achieving the goal of UHC in the NCT.

The goal of this research is to determine if the effect of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Strategy With The Help of Word Wall Application on The Students’ Mastery of Simple Present Tense at X Grade of SMA N 7 Tanjungbalai. This research employed quantitative research with a two-class design, exprimental class and control class. This research's population consisted of all class X students from SMA Negeri 7 Tanjungbalai. Simple random sampling was used to choose two classes for the research sample: 32 students from the experimental class (X IPS 1) and 32 students from the control class (X IPS 2). A multiple choice test was used to collect data. The t-test formula was used to analyze the data. From this analysis, by comparing pre-test and post-test scores, the exprimental class had a lower pre-test mean score (53,4>56,6) and a higher post-test mean score (76,5>72,3) than the mean score in control class. This research found that using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Strategy With The Help of Word Wall Application has significant effect in simple present tense. It can be proved by the result that tscore (to) = 11,25 was higher than the ttable (tt) = 1,999 with the significant 0,05 or it can be understood as To > Ttable (5% ) = 11,25>1,999. So, Ha is accepted. In another word, using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Strategy With The Help of Word Wall Application more effective and more significant than using conventional way.

The objective of this study is to find out the functions of rhetocial moves and to find out the negative effects of rhetorical moves by Josep Biden. This research used the qualitative design. The data source of this research is the script that will be taken from Youtube channel. The channel containes news about the United States of American President, Joseph Biden, in announcing of oil banning over Ukraine conflict. The research shows that there are three distinct registers, namely the "formal," "consultative," and "casual" registers. The formal register predominates by a factor of 19% over any other. The objective of this formal register is to facilitate communication. Many individuals continue to be ill-equipped with register skills. They are unsure of how to properly construct sentences. They are hesitant to use such language. However, the register experiment will teach us how to use register effectively.
