摘要

针对低功耗、高速lsi,提出一种新的电源管理技术。该技术利用嵌入式小处理器控制LSI的休眠模式和处理,降低了功耗,提高了LSI的性能。在低功耗DSP中使用该技术,总功耗降低到未使用该技术的DSP的10%左右,同时保持1v lsi的速度性能。
