Then the ship navigation-related streaming data collected in real time was integrated by semantic Web technology, and the SR engine was used to infer the navigation safety. Finally, the ship navigation safety in a certain routing water system in Nanjing was evaluated and the method presented in this paper was compared with the other two methods based on cloud theory. 摘要

为了更有效地利用船舶航行过程中的人员、船舶、环境和管理数据,对船舶航行安全进行实时评估,本文提出了一种基于SR的航线水域船舶航行安全评估方法。首先,基于RSCIE对船舶航行安全评价要素进行精简,并结合专家知识构建评价本体;然后利用语义Web技术对实时采集的船舶导航相关流数据进行整合,利用SR引擎对船舶导航安全进行推理;最后,对南京某航道水系的船舶航行安全进行了评价,并与其他两种基于云理论的方法进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有较好的时效性、较高的检出率和较低的虚警率。
