This study aimed to evaluate the expression of miR21 and mir155 in the patients with HPV-high risk genotypes in order to explore the roles of the miRs in the induction of HPV-related cancers. Methods: In this study, 40 women infected with the high-risk HPV genotypes as well as 40 healthy controls were examined regarding the relative expression of miR21 and mir155 by adopting real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. U6 was used for data normalization of miRNAs. Results: Relative expressions of both miR21 and miR155 were significantly higher in the HPV-infected patients compared to those in non-infected women. 摘要

背景:微rna (miRs)在病毒感染过程中发挥着多种作用。因此,miR21和mir155在诱导病毒相关癌症中的作用一直是多项研究关注的焦点。高危人乳头瘤病毒(hpv)是诱发hpv相关癌症的主要不利因素。本研究旨在评估miR21和mir155在hpv高危基因型患者中的表达,以探讨miR21和mir155在hpv相关肿瘤诱导中的作用。方法:采用实时聚合酶链反应(real-time polymerase chain reaction, PCR)技术检测40例高危HPV基因型感染女性和40例健康对照者miR21和mir155的相对表达水平。使用U6对mirna进行数据归一化。结果:hpv感染患者中miR21和miR155的相对表达量明显高于未感染女性。结论:miR21和miR155可能在伊朗人hpv相关癌症的诱导中起关键作用。
