摘要

目的:本研究旨在对作为试点项目实施的实习学期制度进行定性数据分析,以确定与该制度扩展有关的教育学院面临的问题和挑战。方法:为了实现这一目标,我们分析了2022年第一学期和第二学期关于试点实习学期系统项目的结果报告环节的一揽子材料和演示内容。定性文件分析是根据试行“实习学期制”的5所教育学院、5所合作学校、作为该制度参与者的大学生、合作学校学生的反馈进行的。通过使用名为MAXQDA 2022的软件程序进行体内编码和亚编码,得出了一系列常见问题。结果:根据参与者的反馈,特别是以实施试点项目的教育学院为中心,确定了以下三个问题:i)实习学期运营者的能力建设和相关的困惑;ii)教育学院、大学、合作学校和地方教育办公室之间的伙伴关系的当前问题需求以及解决这些问题的强烈意愿;iii)实习学期实施指南的具体需求以及它们之间的差异。结论:基于这些发现,本研究提出了重新定义教师培训框架、确保当前教育学院教师培训框架与实习学期制度之间的一致性、探索实习学期制度运行模式的替代方案、重组教师培训机构的课程以及为该制度的运行提供足够的劳动力的政策意义。
