The best experimental conditions for ion-exchange resin was: pH value for 9.24, the amount of Na2CO3 (concentration 0.05mol/L)for 5.0 ml/L, the amount of resin for 40 g/L, mixing time for 20min, and mixing intensity for 200r/min. Ca2+ removal rate reached 94.8% and 94.8%, and effluent's calcium concentration were 0.52mmol/L. 摘要

在静态烧杯试验确定亚稳区域的基础上,研究了阳离子交换树脂在处理循环水软化中的作用,与大孔多孔高分子材料树脂白球相比,阳离子交换树脂可获得高效的诱导结晶核,出水达到循环水回灌水质标准。离子交换树脂的最佳实验条件为:pH值为9.24,Na2CO3(浓度0.05mol/L)用量为5.0 ml/L,树脂用量为40 g/L,搅拌时间为20min,搅拌强度为200r/min。Ca2+去除率分别为94.8%和94.8%,出水钙浓度为0.52mmol/L。结晶产物的平均含水量为20.17%,载体中钙离子的平均结晶量为27.58mg/g。
