摘要

根据压车削法硅粉生产线的工艺要求和自动化控制需要,开发了一套自动控制系统。本系统是基于压车削法生产硅粉的原理。采用西门子PLC和触摸屏控制生产线机器。主要机器由传感器控制。可实现倒序启动、倒序停止、故障实时监控、故障自诊断、故障自动处理等功能。该控制系统可以自动跟踪压转电机的电流变化,通过智能PID算法自动控制原料供给速度,实现硅粉生产线粒度控制。系统操作简单,界面友好。硅粉质量稳定,主粉率高,成本低。
