The crystal structure, morphology of LiFePO4 synthesized by Flame Spray Pyrolysis was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). From the Debye-Scherer equation, LiFePO4 particles obtained by this method are pure, homogeneous and well-crystallized with size ranging from of 25 – 60nm.
