NTC 5029 is the standard created to facilitate through its methodologies the optimization of physical spaces in a company; for example, when there are accumulated files and through the File measurement application, the apprentices trained by SENA in the administrative areas, especially in documentary management, can streamline the manual processes of the cost analysis in pesos ($) of file foliation and thus provide companies with innovation in the execution of their tasks, taking into account what the standard provides, its definitions, object, requirements, and regulatory and informational annexes. The application was developed through a SENNOVA innovation project, to facilitate learning (Know How) in an apprentice who belongs to the Administrative and financial management network.
