摘要

分析经批准诊断为“食物过敏”且h抗原状态为“分泌型”和“非分泌型”的儿童炎症因子IL-4和IL-13的产生特点。“非分泌型”儿童血清中Th2炎症标志物IL-4的含量比“分泌型”儿童高1.7倍。IL-13含量也升高,但不明显。在“无分泌”状态的儿童中,高水平的促炎细胞因子与更严重的变应性炎症进展相关,这使得测定儿童及其母亲唾液中的H抗原成为食物过敏儿童变应性炎症进展的一种有希望的非侵入性预后标志物。
