USE OF CARBON SORBENTS TO CLEAN WASTE WATER FROM HARMFUL FACTORS 利用碳吸附剂去除废水中的有害因素

Pollution of the biosphere, including water supply sources, is a real factor that has a negative impact on human health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), every tenth person in the world suffers from the use of poor-quality drinking water. Significant pollution of water bodies and ineffective water treatment technologies are the main reasons for the poor quality of drinking water. More than 90% of wastewater entering surface water bodies through utilities is discharged contaminated. In recent years, when requirements for the quality of drinking water and industrial wastewater have been imposed, the solution of environmental problems has come to the fore. It is known that in many countries, carbon adsorbents are used as filtering materials for purification and softening of effluents, as well as for purification of drinking water, which absorb harmful and toxic impurities well. The most common methods for producing carbon sorbents are those involving the preparation of carboncontaining raw materials of various nature, carbonization and activation. The choice of raw materials, a change in the conditions for the implementation of carbonization and activation lead to the production of coals of various porous structures with a different set of sorption properties. One of the raw materials used to obtain carbon sorbents is fossil coals - from anthracites to brown coals.

The entertainment industry continues its rapid development today, forming new independent directions within itself. At the junction of sports and entertainment, cybersport is gaining momentum, which is an actively developing sports discipline and which requires legal regulation, both at the regional and national levels. This direction accompanied by a kind of legal and economic threats that require special attention.

SIMULATION OF DRAIN DEPTH EFFECT ON PARASITIC CURRENTS IN FLASH-MEMORY CELLS. 漏极深度对闪存电池寄生电流影响的模拟。

In present paper the drain depth effect on parasitic currents in Flash-memory cells based on short-channel MOS-transistors has been calculated by using Monte Carlo simulation of electron drift in such devices. It is shown that the increase of the drain depth leads to the decrease of the value of parasitic tunnel current. It takes place because for deep drain electron current density in the transistor channel is shifted into substrate.

OVERVIEW OF BEHAVIORAL ANALYTICS SYSTEMS FOR INFORMATION PROTECTION 信息保护行为分析系统概述

Methods of behavioral analysis came into business and management practice from psychology, and in recent years have found application in the protection of information infrastructure. Behavioral analysis technologies have been developed and implemented in the form of information security software abroad; now they are all actively used by Russian companies to detect and respond to information security threats. User and Software Entity Behavior Analysis (UEBA) automatically detects suspicious user activity or other events in the protected information infrastructure that indicate the risk of a threat being implemented in order to promptly suppress such threats. An analytical review of specific implementations of UEBA technology for solving information security problems has been performed.

The operational parameters and efficiency of the SnO2 / pCdTe, ITO / pCdTe and In2O3 / pCdTe photoconverters have been investigated. The real values of the series resistance of the structures under study have been determined. In film photoconverters, a significant contribution to the series resistance is made by the resistance of the transition dielectric layer of tellurium oxide TeO2 between the semiconductor and the resistance between the rear ohmic contact of the structures.

The article discusses the results of a study on the possibility of operations with wagons on the tracks of LLC «N» through the non-public railway tracks of JSC «P» (adjacent to the railway station of JSC «RZD») by locomotives of JSC «RZD» or LLC «N». The analysis of the relevant documents was carried out to determine the technical and technological work with wagons on the counterparty using the infrastructure of a third party. The analysis of the available technical and operational-technological documents, as well as the main regulatory legal acts in the field of relations between the railway station, owners of non-public tracks, customers and users of railway transport, allowed us to draw conclusions about the features of such interaction, about the implementation of this opportunity to perform operations with wagons on the tracks of LLC «N» through the non-public railway tracks of JSC «P», taking into account the positions of existing federal legislation and conflicting elements arising in this case and the lack of a clear disposition of a certain regulatory legal act that would allow to settle the identified features taking into account the interests of interacting parties without participation in lawsuits.

The optimal way to solve the problem has been substantiated – the organization of a socio-cultural project with art-therapeutic blocks of psychological correction, to which students of creative specialties are involved.  On the one hand, on the project site, students hone their competencies in the field of culture and arts, on the other hand, with their creative activities they help prevent the destructive consequences of professional burnout of representatives of the noblest and most humane profession, thereby helping to preserve the health of people who have devoted their lives to saving lives and restoring the health of citizens. 
本文着重分析了医务工作者职业倦怠的主要表现。艺术疗法被认为是最有效的康复方法之一。解决这一问题的最佳方法已经得到证实——组织一个社会文化项目,其中包括艺术治疗的心理矫正块,创意专业的学生参与其中。一方面,在项目现场,学生们磨练他们在文化和艺术领域的能力,另一方面,他们通过创造性的活动帮助防止最高尚和最人道的职业代表职业倦怠的破坏性后果,从而帮助维护那些毕生致力于拯救生命和恢复公民健康的人的健康。

The author offers his own approach to solving problems and further prospects in working with foreign students during their adaptation to the conditions of the educational environment of the university.
