摘要

目的:本研究的目的在于提出餐饮业可实施的数位服务化模式,并探讨数位服务化的机会与挑战。设计/方法论/方法:本研究采用个案研究分析法。研究发现:披萨企业实施数字化服务化经营模式,可以获得竞争优势,创造价值。此外,企业可以了解数字化服务化的机遇和挑战,并在实施商业模式之前做好准备。研究局限/启示:提出了数字服务化模型来分析单个披萨公司,但可以与其他公司进行比较研究,以识别差异并制定共同战略。原创性/价值:企业通常使用集成的数字化转型和服务化模型来创造客户价值,但很少有关于集成案例模型的案例研究。本研究以个案研究的方式探讨这一研究差距。本研究结果对餐厅管理者实施数字化服务化战略具有重要意义。
