Data was collected through a randomly selected sample of 150 in-service teachers of English. 摘要

目的:本文旨在发现英语教师在知识共享、知识创造和知识运用方面面临的问题。设计/方法/途径:班级规模大、资源缺乏、课程规范、学生积极性不高、考核制度不健全等因素是英语教师知识运用的障碍;组织结构集中化、工作繁重、缺乏信任、缺乏动力、缺乏知识共享和知识接受行为等因素是英语教师知识共享和知识创造的障碍。数据是通过随机抽取150名在职英语教师来收集的。研究人员通过图表简单地阐述了数据。研究结果:最后,基于研究结果,对阻碍知识共享、知识创造和知识使用过程的因素进行了一定的概括。启示/原创性/价值:本文还提出了一些建议,这些建议可能对改善教育组织的知识共享、知识创造和知识使用过程有价值
