摘要

本文介绍了基于结构光的工业光学扫描仪的精度评价。Comet LED 5M扫描仪作为一种主动式立体系统,采用不同的方法进行了标定,并通过实验验证了标定结果对系统精度的影响。在验证系统精度的基础上,提出了一种附加方法,并对验证结果进行了比较。实验结果表明,即使在不严格控制的环境下,该系统也能满足严格的要求,因此它不仅适用于工业应用,而且适用于高精度、高灵敏度的应用。
