One of the factors causing child abuse is improper parenting style. Because of the increasing number of violence against children, the women's empowerment and child protection service has created a policy which provides parenting guides to every parents in the city of Cirebon. However, in carrying out the program an obstacle regarding the lack of counseling time to the community arises so the delivery of information becomes less efficient. Therefore, there is a need to build a beneficial media to assist the government to convey an information to public with better responsive effect. This study focuses on building a chatbot by utilizing social media in the form of LINE or LINE chatbot using the NLP approach and MMR algorithm. Alpha testing which is done by inserting 20 questions to the bot system shows 0,75% of accuracy. Meanwhile, the results of the beta test in the form of a questionnaire given to 19 parents in the village of Kalijaga Cirebon, shows the average of each question is 66,31% on the category of agreeing. Strategi yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan akan mempermudah dalam proses analisis, implementasi, dan pengembangan bisnis agar bisnis menjadi lebih efektif. Konsep pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai sarana pengambilan keputusan dengan mengintegrasikan dan menganalisa data untuk diubah menjadi suatu pengetahuan dan pemahaman biasa disebut dengan dashboard intelijen bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ADDIE, dimana tahapan dari metode ADDIE diantaranya analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dashboard intelijen bisnis pada usaha mikro bidang ritel CV. Duta Square yang berlokasi di Bandar Lampung. Tahapan yang dilakukan dimulai dengan analisis proses bisnis di CV. Duta Square, mendefinisikan permasalahan dan solusinya, desain dashboard, pengembangan sistem, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sistem yang telah diuji oleh pemilik usaha yang dapat menampilkan informasi bentuk dashboard diantaranya Abstract: A company needs a strategy that can help in making a decision. In this study the method used is the ADDIE method, where the stages of the ADDIE method include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research will discuss the business intelligence dashboard on the micro business in the retail field CV. Duta Square, located in Bandar Lampung. Abstrak: Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan performansi produksi energi dari sebuah desain sistem fotovoltaik berkapasitas 1,3 kWp yang terhubung jaringan untuk sebuah bangunan rumah kecil di Bali yang memiliki konsumsi listrik rata-rata 6.36 kWh/hari dengan menggunakan software PVSyst. Lokasi rumah berada pada iklim tropis dengan temperatur rata-rata bulanan sebesar 27,2 ℃ dan rata-rata iradiasi matahari bulanan bervariasi dari 4,41 hingga 7,14 kWh/m 2 . Posisi panel fotovoltaik dioptimalkan pada sudut azimuth 0⁰ dan sudut kemiringan 12,5⁰ menghadap ke utara dengan kemiringan tetap tanpa pelacakan. Desain sistem fotovoltaik terdiri dari empat unit modul jenis multi kristal dengan daya puncak per unit sebesar 325 Wp dan tersambung dalam satu larik untuk membentuk pelacakan titik daya maksimum pada inverter. Satu unit inverter dengan daya luaran nominal 1,6 kW digunakan untuk mengubah daya listrik dari arus DC ke AC. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa iradiasi global dan produksi energi pada luaran inverter bervariasi antara 4,16 dan 6,65 kWh/m 2 /hari dan 129,9-199,7 kWh. Rasio performansi bulanan, Abstract: This paper aims to obtain the energy yield performances of a 1.3 kW p grid-connected solar photovoltaic system design for a small house building in Bali with an average electrical consumption of 6.36 kWh/day by using PVSyst simulation software. The house location is under a tropical climate with 27.2 ℃ average monthly temperature. The average monthly horizontal solar irradiation varies from 4.41 to 7.14 kWh/m 2 . The photovoltaic panel position is optimized at 0⁰ azimuth and 12.5⁰ tilt angles, which arranged facing north with fixed tilted without any tracking. The proposed photovoltaic system composes of 4 poly-crystalline modules, each 325 W p capacity connected in one string to establish maximum power point tracking in the inverter. One unit of the inverter of 1.6 kW is used to convert electrical power from DC to AC. The simulation results show that global incident irradiation and energy production at inverter output varies between 4.16 and 6.65 kWh/m 2 /day and 129.9-199.7 kWh. The monthly performance ratio, capacity factor, system efficiency is found to fluctuate between 76.9-78.6%, 17.3-27.7%, and 12.8-13.0%, respectively. The maximum of array capture and system losses of 1.35 kWh/kW p /day and 0.18 kWh/kW p /day occur in November with the lowest system efficiency, which is likely influenced by the high ambient temperature. Abstract: The application of Risk Management in decision analysis and control systems can improve operational performance and competitive value of the organization. The increasing complexity of the work, the complexity of risk, the sources of risk are interrelated with one another, and the development of risk identification techniques and information technology is the background of many organizations for implementing risk management. In this research, the analysis and development of prototypes of risk management applications were carried out. The purpose of this study is to design and create prototype risk management that can be used as a worksheet by the Risk Owner and Risk Officer in identifying, analyzing, and making plans for handling potential risks in the department. The research was conducted in seven stages, namely the study of literature, study of documents and current business processes, interviews and Focus Group Discussions with stakeholders, the design of risk management system requirements, the development of application prototypes, Focus Group Discussions for testing the results of development with stakeholders, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are the design of risk management system requirements in the form of attributes, impact criteria, likelihood criteria, the value of the current effectiveness of the control, the effectiveness score of the current control, and the level and risk treatment. The prototype of the risk management application has been completed and evaluated. In this study, five main processes of the risk management system have been identified, namely the determination of departmental targets and work targets, Abstract: The purpose of this study was determine the effect of changes in the number of multipath components on the performance of the Walsh code on multipath fading channels through simulations using Matlab software where the simulation results are viewed from values and graphics Bit Error Rate ( BER ) versus Energy Bit per Noise (Eb / No). From the simulation it will be seen a comparison of the performance of the communication system of the Walsh code performance on the multipath fading channel generated by varying the number of multipath components by the number 2, 4, 6 and 8. This system is compared by first simulating using a flat fading channel in ideal conditions. The results of the simulation show that the performance of the Walsh code performance communication system on multipath fading channels has increased BER value when the number of multipath components is added. Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Chatbot Media Informasi Parenting Pola Asuh Anak Menggunakan Line
: There were 41 child abuse cases occurred in Cirebon City in 2017 and increased to 58 cases on the following year. One of the factors causing child abuse is improper parenting style. Because of the increasing number of violence against children, the women's empowerment and child protection service has created a policy which provides parenting guides to every parents in the city of Cirebon. However, in carrying out the program an obstacle regarding the lack of counseling time to the community arises so the delivery of information becomes less efficient. Therefore, there is a need to build a beneficial media to assist the government to convey an information to public with better responsive effect. This study focuses on building a chatbot by utilizing social media in the form of LINE or LINE chatbot using the NLP approach and MMR algorithm. Alpha testing which is done by inserting 20 questions to the bot system shows 0,75% of accuracy. Meanwhile, the results of the beta test in the form of a questionnaire given to 19 parents in the village of Kalijaga Cirebon, shows the average of each question is 66,31% on the category of agreeing. Lokasi rumah berada pada iklim tropis dengan temperatur rata-rata bulanan sebesar 27,2 ℃ dan rata-rata iradiasi matahari bulanan bervariasi dari 4,41 hingga 7,14 kWh/m 2 . Posisi panel fotovoltaik dioptimalkan pada sudut azimuth 0⁰ dan sudut kemiringan 12,5⁰ menghadap ke utara dengan kemiringan tetap tanpa pelacakan. Desain sistem fotovoltaik terdiri dari empat unit modul jenis multi kristal dengan daya puncak per unit sebesar 325 Wp dan tersambung dalam satu larik untuk membentuk pelacakan titik daya maksimum pada inverter. Satu unit inverter dengan daya luaran nominal 1,6 kW digunakan untuk mengubah daya listrik dari arus DC ke AC. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa iradiasi global dan produksi energi pada luaran inverter bervariasi antara 4,16 dan 6,65 kWh/m 2 /hari dan 129,9-199,7 kWh. Rasio performansi bulanan, Abstract: This paper aims to obtain the energy yield performances of a 1.3 kW p grid-connected solar photovoltaic system design for a small house building in Bali with an average electrical consumption of 6.36 kWh/day by using PVSyst simulation software. The house location is under a tropical climate with 27.2 ℃ average monthly temperature. The average monthly horizontal solar irradiation varies from 4.41 to 7.14 kWh/m 2 . The photovoltaic panel position is optimized at 0⁰ azimuth and 12.5⁰ tilt angles, which arranged facing north with fixed tilted without any tracking. The proposed photovoltaic system composes of 4 poly-crystalline modules, each 325 W p capacity connected in one string to establish maximum power point tracking in the inverter. One unit of the inverter of 1.6 kW is used to convert electrical power from DC to AC. The simulation results show that global incident irradiation and energy production at inverter output varies between 4.16 and 6.65 kWh/m 2 /day and 129.9-199.7 kWh. The monthly performance ratio, capacity factor, system efficiency is found to fluctuate between 76.9-78.6%, 17.3-27.7%, and 12.8-13.0%, respectively. The maximum of array capture and system losses of 1.35 kWh/kW p /day and 0.18 kWh/kW p /day occur in November with the lowest system efficiency, which is likely influenced by the high ambient temperature. From the simulation it will be seen a comparison of the performance of the communication system of the Walsh code performance on the multipath fading channel generated by varying the number of multipath components by the number 2, 4, 6 and 8. This system is compared by first simulating using a flat fading channel in ideal conditions. The results of the simulation show that the performance of the Walsh code performance communication system on multipath fading channels has increased BER value when the number of multipath components is added.
