This study aims to find out how much the influence of teacher professionalism on student achievement both simultaneously and partially.The study population is the total number of teachers in the Yapis Merauke junior high school as many as 35 people.The results of the multiple linear regression equation are: Y = 15.147 + 0.076X₁ + 0.096X₂ + 0.088X₃. While the results of the study showed that the variables of teacher professionalism, namely education, experience and attitude simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Yapis Merauke junior high school with a Fcount value of 7.583, a significant level of 0.000, while a Ftable value with an alpha of 0.05 was obtained value of 2,679. Education has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 2,563 and a sig of 0,000. Experience has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 1.742 and a sig of 0.001. Attitude has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 1.742 and a sig of 0.001. 摘要

本研究的题目为:教师专业精神对亚皮斯梅劳克中学学生学习成绩的影响。本研究旨在探讨教师专业精神对学生成绩的影响程度,包括同时影响和部分影响。本次研究的人口是yapi Merauke初中教师总数多达35人。多元线性回归方程的结果为:Y = 15.147 + 0.076X₁+ 0.096X₂+ 0.088X₃。而研究结果显示,教师职业素养的教育、经验、态度三个变量同时对yapi Merauke初中学生成绩有正向显著影响,Fcount值为7.583,显著水平为0.000,而Ftable值为2679,alpha值为0.05。教育对初中学生成绩有影响(SMP) Yapis Merauke的记数为2563,符号为0000。经验对初中学生成绩有影响(yapi Merauke),其值为1.742,sig为0.001。态度对初中学生成绩有影响(yapi Merauke),其值为1.742,sig为0.001。姿态变量h,,,。
