All patients were divided into three groups: in the I th (control) group (30 people) only traditional drug therapy was used for treatment, patients of the II th group (45 people) along with drug therapy received intravenous laser therapy and the III group of patients (45 people) received a course of cutaneous laser therapy. The results of our study indicate that drug therapy in patients with CG is not accompanied by a significant improvement in the plasma levels of NOx, as well as Pro-inflammatory cytokines, and the inclusion of laser therapy in the complex of therapeutic measures contributes to a significant improvement in the plasma levels of NOx, eliminating the imbalance of cytokine regulation. Various methods of laser therapy improve the NOproducing function of the endothelium, improve the functional state of the vascular endothelium, have an immunomodulatory effect. 摘要
