Coronary fistula to the right atrium (RCD code: I‑1C.4)
We present the case of a patient with a large coronary fistula.Coronarography of the patient admitted to the Cardiology Department with STE‑ACS revealed a large fistula from the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery to the right atrium.
