摘要

分析了纤维素原料不同预处理方法对提高纤维素酶生物合成效率的影响。棉纤维素最有效的预处理方法是用水解催化剂在蠕虫挤出机中(5-15分钟)进行热机械破坏。酶促糖化程度提高约4倍。经预处理后的纤维素的c1活性提高了70-120%,并稳定在较高的水平。结果表明,酶解参数可作为纤维素原料在纤维素酶生物合成中的生化利用模型。
