The phase composition, morphology and microstructure of the coat were analyzed with X-ray Diffraction Analysis(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the Analysis Software(Image-Proplus), and adhesion strength between the coat and the substrate was measured and the microhardness of the coat was tested with microhardness tester. The results of test showed that the active ingredient WC of coat material was preserved relatively well, the coat was dense, the porosity of the coat is 3.30%, the adhesion strength of the coat and the substrate was above 96.25σ/Mpa and the average microhardness of the coat was about 1264.4HV.
