摘要

4个鹰嘴豆品种在MS和B5培养基上分别添加BAP、NAA和Kinetin,实现了成熟胚轴在不干预愈伤组织阶段的情况下直接再生。商业栽培的维贾伊和维沙尔品种表现出100%的再生能力。不同品种的多芽产量差异较大。在含0.5和1.0 mg/l IBA的培养基上可获得大量生根。本方案对鹰嘴豆进行遗传转化的植株完全再生进行了优化。
