摘要

2000年以来,成都市在快速城市化进程中土地利用发生了很大变化。利用遥感和GIS技术,对Landsat影像进行处理和解译,提取土地利用/覆被信息,找出变化特征。通过对比分析,确定了成都市土地利用变化的特征。结合当地自然环境和社会经济因素的特点,综合分析了土地利用变化的原因。结果表明,成都市城区面积迅速扩大。耕地和其他土地覆盖面积明显减少。土地利用的空间结构发生了很大变化。影响土地利用变化的因素有多种,如独特的自然环境因素、地方政策因素、人口因素等。
